At Galia Lahav, we strive for perfection in every stitch; however, if your luxury piece is not a perfect fit, we offer returns on eligible ready-to-wear items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom couture and made-to-order gowns are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Await Authorization
Our concierge team will review your request to ensure the item is in its original, unworn condition with all security tags attached before issuing a return authorization.
Package and Ship
Carefully pack your items in the original designer packaging and affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once received at our atelier, your return will undergo a quality inspection, and your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
